Redstone is broken in encounter_4

In snapshot 24w35a, the redstone dust in the room encounter_4 is broken, causing the arrow trap to not work.

 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run the command _{/place template minecraft:trial_chambers/hallway/encounter_4}
