End Crystal Beam not appearing when using BeamTarget NBT
Bug
Whenever I summon an end crystal using BeamTarget NBT, the beam does not render at all
Steps to Reproduce
- Load a creative world in any of the listed versions (also affects 1.20.5, 1.20.6, and 1.21.0; the site doesn't let me pick anything but 1.21.1 for some reason)
- Run /summon end_crystal ~ ~ ~ {BeamTarget:{X:0,Y:0,Z:0}}
(coordinates don't matter) - Alternatively, run /data merge entity @e[type=end_crystal,limit=1] {BeamTarget:
Unknown macro: {X}
}
Expected Behavior
When summoning or modifying an end crystal with a beam attached, the crystal renders the beam at the designated coordinates
Observed Behavior
When summoning or modifying an end crystal, the beam does not render at all (single and multiplayer; might be client-side) nor does it show up in /data get
