Minecarts fail to stack on sloped rails

This issue is very important to the technical community

Minecarts do not snap properly to sloped rails which prevents you from stacking them inside each other.

Reproduction Steps

• Build this
  
• Drop a bunch of minecarts on the rail below
• Recreate the same setup but change the bottom rail to a sloped one
• Drop a bunch of minecarts on the rail below

Observed Results

• The minecarts snap properly to the flat rail

Expected Results

• The minecarts would snap to the sloped rail and stack inside each other
