Minecart/boats despawn when broken

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Crafted a minecart and placed it on a rail with the villager.
2. Broke the minecart with a pickaxe. Observe that it does not drop.
3. Crafted another minecart and placed it on a separate rail.
4. Broke the minecart with a pickaxe again. It still does not drop.
5. Crafted a new minecart and place it on the ground (not on a rail).
6. Broke the minecart with a pickaxe. It still does not drop.
7. Crafted a boat.
8. Broke the boat using a sword. The item does not drop.
9. Crafted another boat.
10. Broke the boat using hand. The item does not drop.
11. Restart the game and launched the latest release instead of Iris & Sodium.
12. Removed all resource packs and used default.
13. Entered the server.
14. Crafted a new boat.
15. Broke the boat using hand. The item still does not drop.
16. Made a new single player world.
17. Tried the previous steps.
18. The items drop.

Expected Result: Items such as minecarts and boats should drop as collectible items when broken.

Actual Result: The items despawn without dropping, regardless of the tool or method used. However, in a different world, they do drop as expected. This issue is specific to the server I'm on.

System Information:

• Platform: PC
• Operating System: Windows 11
• Game Version: 1.21.1, Minecraft Launcher

Additional Information:

• Game Type: Aternos Server, no add-ons
• Other Observations: I saw a friend also experienced the same issue but did not say anything.
• Asked the owner of the server if he had changed anything in the game's settings. Nothing was changed except for keep inventory.
