Lava cauldrons, campfires and wither roses cause damage when touching the side of the block

When standing close against (not standing on top) the cauldron filled with lava or campfire, player receives damages (and catches fire in case of lava cauldron). The same thing goes to standing close against a block with wither rose on top of it.

In previous versions this didn't happen.
