honey_level model predicate range is 1 for level 5 and 0 for levels 1-4

Looking at the new Bee Nest and Beehive models, you can note that the predicate honey_level uses the value of 0 for blockstate honey_level 0, 1, 2, 3 and 4 and honey_level 1 for the blockstate honey_level 5, that seems confusing
