Ctrl+pick don't get honey levels

Put a Bee Nest or Beehive and change it's honey level letting the bees do it or changing with Debug Stick or Commands, try to Ctrl+Middle click while on creative mode it and it gets the Bee Nest/Beehive with no levels.
Change to Survival and break it with Silk Touch to get the item with the honey level component.
Put bees in it, Ctrl Picked item will have the right ammount of bees in it but still no honey level
