The Minecraft screen freezes, but there is still sound

After I opened my save, part of the screen flickered, crashing for a while, and working for a while. Then, for a few tens of seconds, the picture freezes, but the sound can still be heard. This was not the case with the original. Whether it's forge, or fabric, this kind of problem will happen.
