Moving the window with the pi chart open produces warn messages in log

When you move the minecraft window when it isn't in full screen while the pi chart is open it produces the following 2 warn messages,

Something's taking too long! 'root.updateDisplay' took aprox 1000 ms
Something's taking too long! 'root' took aprox 1000 ms

*Note the ping time changes for how long you move the window

Steps to reproduce:

1. Exit full screen mode (if you are in it)
2. Open the pi chart with f3+1
3. Move the window by dragging white bar at the top
4. The messages appear in the logs
