Some items are nearly invisible when sticking out of the bundle

Pressure plates and small amethyst buds, along with the blocks in the screenshot below, are almost invisible on the bundle item when selected in the bundle's UI.

To fix, the items can be slightly raised up, similar to how nether sprouts are.
