Smithing template with wrong name

Bug description:

The smithing template name was not updated for one of the armor trims.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Get the coast smithing template on inventory.
2. Look at the name of the item, it does not follow the new standard, continuing to be called smithing template, instead of Coast Armor Trim

Observed results:

Item name has not been updated as per other templates.

Expected results:

The item name should follow the new model, with the mold type included in the name, rather than in the details or item footer.
