Breaking a block and swapping hands causes a delayed break

While breaking a block, if the Swap Item with Off Hand key (F by default) is pressed as the block breaks, the block will not be broken immediately

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place a lectern and hold a diamond axe
2. Start breaking the lectern with the axe
3. Swap hands as the block breaks

It may be helpful to use a script to ensure the timing is correct. A lectern should break in 0.5 seconds with a diamond axe, according to the wiki. It is not required to use a script to experience this, but it may take a few tries.
