The third person player model spins around when riding minecarts on ascending/descending rail tracks

If you press F5 to view your character in third person while on an ascending rail track you'll notice your character seems to spin on it's own. This only affects the player, not other entities. Though I haven't tested if the issue can be observed by other players on multiplayer.

Steps to reproduce

• Build an ascending rail track
• Ride a minecart on it
• Enter third person

Observed Result

• You player model spins around despite you not moving your mouse
