You cannot stop a minecart by standing in the way if it's on an ascending track

If a minecart is going up/down an ascending track, if you try to stop it by standing in it's way it will simply phase through you

Reproduction Steps

• Build an ascending rails track
• Send a minecart up or down
• Stand in front of the minecart

Observed Result

• The minecart phases through you

• You would stop the minecart
