Error code: B-0010

I am playing on ps4 version (but on ps5) with my microsoft account linked, unable to load anything in my character creation including owned skins + accessories AND AM UNABLE TO LOAD THE STORE!! This has been happening for over a week now with the same "error code: B-0010 we are still trying to connect. Please wait." And I refuse to play until I get my skins back because I didn't buy them to not use them.
