Why my Singleplayer world lagging like i have 1000 ping?

Well I want to play minecraft singleplayer world but something happened, when i logged in all animals are standing there and dont move I tried to punch then and its not working, but after few seconds pig started to fly and critical hit applyed after few seconds and when i go to get some wood i broke the log and it appear again i am broke it 3 times and finally I got a log, but this is not happening on this world it happen again always when i tried to create a world I cannot fix that pls if someone tell me why is that happening I dont know is that my video settings problem or what and I allocate 4 gb ram on 1.21.1 and again its not working same thing happen.
