Minecarts which exit the end onto no rails are left permamentally tilted

Reproduction Steps

• Drive a minecart into the end exit portal

Observed Results

• The minecart is titled as if it was falling
  

Expected Results

• The minecart wouldn't tilt because it's stationary.
