Programmer Art: Bottom faces of torches are not culled at all

The bug

24w33a fixed the issue where torches do not have cullface on their bottom faces. However, the old torch models, moved to Programmer Art, are still subject to this issue.

How to fix

Add "cullface": "down" to the bottom face in the template_torch.json included in Programmer Art. A fixed version of this model is attached.
