Debug pie chart renders bigger in 24w33a than it did in previous versions

The debug pie chart (F3+1) now renders at a bigger scale than before, as can be shown in the image with a GUI Scale of 2. Unsure if intended as it wasn't documented in the changelog.

How to reproduce

1.  Go to video settings and change your GUI Scale (in my case this is 2).
2. Exit the pause menu and press F3+1.
3. Notice the debug pie chart size.
