There is an issue when using Q to drop an craft when in the creative mode

When you craft something on the crafting table while in the creative mode, you get one more item than you should.

Steps to reproduce

• Get 9 irons
• Press Q to craft

Instead of 1 block of iron, you get 2 blocks.
