The height issue with the scrollbar controls in the multiplayer interface

Bug:

When entering a multiplayer menu at any non-fullscreen resolution, if the scrollbar appears and repositioned to the bottom, make the game window higher, you will see a wrong height with the scrollbar control.

Reproducing:

1.Enter the multiplayer interface.

2.Adjust the window to 480*840(arbitrary).

3.Add servers until a scroll bar appears.

3.Pull the scroll bar to the very bottom

4.Make the game window higher.

5.The scrollbar control is at the wrong height.
