Sweet Berry Bushes deal damage inconsistently

Sweet Berry Bushes deal damage inconsistently. Players only take damage from Sweet Berry Bushes while sharing a block space with another entity.

Mobs were taking damage as expected, I tested with a Chicken and an Axolotl in a fresh world with nothing enabled, and they took damage as expected. The player was only able to be damaged if another mob was already inside the bush.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place a fully grown Sweet Berry Bush
2. Walk through the Sweet Berry Bush (and take no damage)
3. Spawn mob inside of the same space as the Sweet Berry Bush
4. Walk through the Sweet Berry Bush (and take damage this time)

Originally found in a fresh hardcore world with all experiments enabled, and later reproduced in a fresh world with zero experiments enabled.
