Inconsistent pixels on a few banner pattern textures

Steps to reproduce:

1. Obtain the Field Masoned, Bordure Indented, Guster and Flow banner patterns
2. Compare them with other banner patterns' textures

Observed result:

1. There are 5 inconsistent pixels on the right side of Field Masoned and Bordure Indented banner patterns:
   
2. Second, the roll up part's height of the Guster and Flow banner patterns is 4px, but it's 5px in other banner patterns.
   
3. There's also a handful of inconsistent pixels on the Guster and Flow banner patterns:
   

Expected result:
All of the banner pattern textures are consistent.
