Hand doesn't show up when switching from Spectator mode

Steps to reproduce:

1. Switch to Spectator mode
2. Go to third person and fly around
3. Turn back to first person and switch to Creative mode

Observed result:
The hand doesn't show up.

Expected result:
The hand shows up.
