The animation speed of end crystals is no longer constant

The Bug

The animation of end crystals will now accelerate and decelerate, instead of staying at a constant speed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Place down obsidian and an end crystal on it. You can also run: 

   /summon minecraft:end_crystal

2. Observe the animation of the end crystal.

Observed Behavior

The end crystal speed is no longer constant; instead, it speeds up and slows down.

Expected Behavior

The end crystal speed would be constant.
