Minecarts look downwards when their supporting rail is broken

The Bug

Minecarts look downwards at an angle for a split-second if their supporting rail is broken.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Place a rail and a minecart on that rail.
2. Break the supporting rail.

Observed Results

The minecart looks downwards after losing support.

Expected Results

The minecart should not look downwards after losing support, and if there is a block underneath where the rail was.
