Placing dirt on tallgrass makes a stone placing sound

When another player places dirt (or perhaps any other block) on a tallgrass, thus replacing it, it makes a stone placing sound. If you are the player placing a block on the tallgrass, it sounds normal on the client side but makes the wrong sound server side.
