Sneak 100 achievement can be unlocked with calibrated sculk sensor

Steps to reproduce

Create a new creative world, search and place a calibrated sculk sensor, then crouch while walking next to it.

Annoyances it brings

This block being unnatural, if the achievement is given this way, it won't be in the expected circumstances:

• it probably won't be in the Deep Dark, which is bad for the player's experience
• it could reveal a hidden contraption, which is bad for the contraption maker
