Cannot change the skin in game

Hello, my Minecraft version is 1.21.1 affiliated with fabric-api-0.102.1+1.21.1.jar, iris-1.7.3+mc1.21.jar, sodium-fabric-0.5.11+mc1.21.jar. As I change the skin from both Minecraft official website and Minecraft Launcher - Skin by following the official instructions, I noticed that the in-game skin still remain the same, could you please help me locate the issue?
