Game randomly crashed

What happened:
Minecraft just crashed with zero external applications open

It was version 1.21 but I don't quite understand why I can't select it

Steps to Reproduce:
Not sure, was just playing singleplayer survival

Gave me a crash log which I haven't gotten before so it's attached below
