Stuck on Mojang/starting frame screen on vanilla

in any Java version, (I've checked 1.20.4,1.21.1) of vanilla the starting frame is all I can see the game boots up fine and I can blindly interact with the UI I was even able to get in a game but I still could only see the starting frame My GPU Drivers are up to date and so I have no clue on what the issue is thanks!
