My Gravel disappeared

When I am breaking gravels by my shovel with Fortune III,I found that only flints were dropped to the ground,but gravels disappeared. Later I found my Inventory carefully,but I didn't found these gravels at all.Then I entered my world again, but the problem was still there.

I thought there was a bug that "ate" my gravels.
