minecraft sign in into microsoft for ps5/ps4 is troubleshooting

Everytime a person is trying to sign in into the microsoft acount to play is trouble shooting.

 

i personally tried making a new account on ps5 and microssoft to sign in i couldnt. deleted everything from micradt restart ps5 and micraft nothing was working.
