Hat layer on player heads in Tab Menu get unloaded when player is unloaded

Player head images in the Tab Menu will correctly reflect any players' hat layer in most situations. However, when the player gets unloaded (by moving far enough away, etc.) the hat layer will disappear regardless if the player has one or not.
