Command block Glitch

The command block does not clear a certain amount of block you set it too. It will only clear ALL of the Item. Ex:

/clear @p [ID] -Works
/clear @p [ID] [#] -Doesn't Work

I found this bug when I was trying to make a shop on my vanilla server but I could not clear a certain amount of what I'm using as currency.

Please fix this Bug
