Redstone a little to the left bug

The Redstone not being off center

The Redstone was a little to the right when on the wall

Steps
1.place Redstone on ground
2. place a block next to it
3. now put a Redstone on the recently place block
4.now look at the block side where the two Redstone blocks connect

I believe its a visual bug ,If you carefully look at the default pack you can see it
