chest with cake always has same items

the trial chamber chest with cake always has iron block, diamond and cake

What I expected to happen was...:
unique items in chest

What actually happened was...:
same items in chest

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to a trial chamber
2. find the chest at the shallow water pool
3. open it and go to another trial chamber which has the same loot
