On Multiplayer Servers, Trying to Disarm a Tripwire with Shears Cause the String to Break and Drop an Item Without Actually Disarming the Tripwire

The tripwire would become disarmed.

What actually happened was...:
The string that you click on with shears breaks and drops the item string.

Steps to Reproduce:
I don't know if this happens on all multiplayer servers, but on my unmodded one, this happens.
