Netherite armor does not reduce the boost from Wind Burst

Summary:
Wind Burst isn't affected by Netherite armor's knockback resistance, unlike in Bedrock Edition.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Obtain Netherite armor and a mace enchanted with Wind Burst.
2. Launch yourself using the enchanted mace without the armor on.
3. Launch yourself using the enchanted mace with the armor on.

Observed Behavior:
Netherite armor doesn't reduce the Wind Burst boost.

Expected Behavior:
Netherite armor reduces the Wind Burst boost, like in Bedrock Edition.
