Cannot take screenshot on Linux unless gui is open

I opened this issue in 1.20 and it was marked resolved despite NOT being fixed! Unless a GUI is open that allows moving the mouse around, you cannot take screenshots or tab out using the windows key(alt+tab works). This is an app-OS interaction bug so should be treated with more priority
