Sleeping armor stands don't wake up when receiving damage

The Bug:

Sleeping armor stands don't wake up when receiving damage.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new world with the "The Void" preset.
2. Place down a bed at 0, 0.
3. Summon a sleeping armor stand on the bed by using the command provided below.

   /summon minecraft:armor_stand ~ ~ ~ {SleepingX:0,SleepingY:-60,SleepingZ:0}

4. Enable entity hitboxes by pressing F3 + B.
5. Enter survival mode, attack the armor stand, and observe if it wakes up when receiving damage.

Observed Behavior:

Sleeping armor stands don't wake up when receiving damage.

Expected Behavior:

Sleeping armor stands would wake up when receiving damage.
