Not letting me put a datapack in a new world when createing  it

What I expected to happen was it let me put the datapack in the new world.

The data pack that i was using Skyblock infinite needs to be made in a new world

What actually happened was _{It did not let me put it in by drag and drop or the folderthat will not open when i press the button}

Steps to Reproduce:
1. use Linux mint
2. open Minecraft and create a new world
3. Add a datapack when creating it
