Entities don't recognize nether portals, end portals, and end gateways as obstacles when pathfinding

The Bug:

Entities don't recognize nether portals, end portals, and end gateways as obstacles when pathfinding.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enter the end dimension and kill the ender dragon by using the commands provided below.

   /execute in minecraft:the_end run tp @s 0 100 0

   /kill @e[type=minecraft:ender_dragon]

2. Stand near the end portal blocks and switch to survival mode.
3. Look at a nearby enderman and align yourself in a way where the enderman will have to pathfind around the end portal blocks.
4. Observe if the enderman avoids the end portal blocks.

Observed Behavior:

Entities don't recognize nether portals, end portals, and end gateways as obstacles when pathfinding.

Expected Behavior:

Entities would recognize nether portals, end portals, and end gateways as obstacles when pathfinding.
