WRONG type of villager trades the Wrong type of books

What I expected to happen was...:
in the 1.20.2 you made that only the swamp librarian villager trades mending 

Right now i was playing in my realm in 1,21

What actually happened was...:
A normal librarian villager game me mending trade

Steps to Reproduce:{}

I saw a zombie villager spawned (normal type of villager) on the shore of jungle biome (on sand  blooks )

I kidnaped him and took him to my place and turned him into a villager 

and after checking the trades that this type of  enchanting  books

And he game MENDING
