Strange sound work

Bug: I can't hear the sound of the note block/jukebox if I'm standing to the left of it

Steps to Reproduce:

1)Activate the note block/jukebox 

2)I stand to his right, the sound is heard well

3)I stand to his left, the sound is heard very quietly or not at all

Observed Behavior: The sound is not audible

Expected Behavior: The sound should be heard as in previous versions (In version 1.19 everything works as it should).
