Changing beacon colors with stained glass do not produce the colors as expected

Changing the color of a beacon with stained glass does not produce the expected result. Some examples include pink glass changing the beacon color to a blue-violet tint. Blue glass changes the beam to a deep red. Basically every single color of stained glass produces results similar to this one.
