My character is acting like he is still flying an elytra

I don't know what i did before this but i probably flew into the ground in a weird direction. I was in loaded chunks.

My character acts like he is using an elytra. Though I cant use rockets. It acts like I'm 1 block tall as I can fit into 1 block holes. I CAN NOT sprint. I cant fix it, my character is stuck like this even if I put on an elytra it wont let me fly. i can jump 3 block and its like i got no gravity. I would show a video but it exceeds the limit because it is not 10mb
