Stone that generates as an indication under Trial Spawners can be replaced by other stone types

The stone that generates under Trial Spawners that spawn spiders or cave spiders can be overwritten by cave generation, turning it into dripstone, diorite, potentially other stone variants, which causes inconsistency

What I expected to happen was...:
The stone under Trial Spawners wouldn't get replaced by other stone types

What actually happened was...:
The stone under Trial Spawners was replaced by blocks like dripstone and diorite

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a world with seed -63426150209767302
2. run /tp -407 -14 61 to teleport to a cave spider trial spawner that has dripstone instead of stone
3.  or /tp -402 -2 51 to teleport to a cave spider trial spawner that has diorite instead of stone
