Trial keys not giving loot in survival

Minecraft Version: Java 1.21

Description: When attempting to use a Trial Key on the vault block (minecraft
 
) in Minecraft Java version 1.21, the expected interaction does not occur. Instead, only a short sound is played, and no event or treasure is triggered.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Launch Minecraft Java 1.21 on a Windows 10 PC.
2. Create a new world using the seed: 3633278686337122051.
3. Navigate to the coordinates: -2475 -10 162.
4. Attempt to use a Trial Key on the block minecraft:vault.

Expected Result: Upon using the Trial Key on the vault block, a treasure or event should be triggered.

Actual Result: Nothing happens except a short sound being played. There is no treasure or event triggered, and no error messages are displayed.

Additional Information:

• This issue occurs consistently and has been tested multiple times.
• No mods or custom resource packs are installed; only the default Minecraft resources are in use.
