The video settings and accessibility settings have been joined in v1.21

cannot find anistropic filtering but instead found settings in two different places at the same time.

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected to go into video settings and adjust my anistropic filtering.

What actually happened was...:
I entered video settings and could not find the anistropic filtering but instead found settings like glint speed and strength (enchantment settings) in the video settings. I went around the settings menu, clicked on accessibility and noticed that those enchantment settings were in accessibility as well as video settings.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. hit escape
2. go to options
3. go to video settings, you will see these settings and will not find anistropic filtering.
4. go over to accessibility and you will find some of the same settings as video settings in there.
